The apartment is located at one of the highest points in Ciudad Quesada and is just over a mile down to the Golf Course and the amenities sited there and around the same distance down to the arches. Within a short walk of the apartment you will fine a reasonable local supermarket close by to three or four bars, a newspaper shop and two or three eating place. Higher up you have Harry's bar which is one of the oldest "pubs" in quesada which does good quality meals and breakfasts. Further down you have JR's country club which has some form of entertainment on most nights of the week and The Cub which is the social club attached to the bowls club. All of these are within a ten minute stroll

The complex has a beautiful main pool with a bridge to swim under/sit in the shade as well as a small toddlers pool all set in well maintained grassy grounds.

As well as the communal areas the apartment has a small private garden with a built in barbecue and seats to dine outside The dining area of the apartment (which we call the sun room) offers fantastic views of the blue and pink lakes of torrivieja and the coast The apartment has a washing machine and a well equipped kitchen making it easy to self cater if you wish - we leave a small welcome pack for you when you arrive and our changeover team can even do shop for you before you arrive by arrangement

Ciudad Quesada is a district in Rohales and Rohales town is around half a mile form the golf complex. The market there on Thursday is well worth a visit and the town itself is typically Spanish and very lively on Fiesta days The town of Benihofar and the urbanisation of Benimar are also very close.

A short drive away (or around 25 euro in a Taxi) are the beach resorts of Torrivieja, Guardamar la Segura and La mata The water park is around a 15 minute walk from the apartment

A 5 euro taxi ride takes you to the Golf complex where you will find more than a dozen bars and eating places as well. The same distance the other way takes you down to the arches where there are a range of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants .

You will also find the snooker hall, crazy golf, bowling alley and other amenities The water park is ten to fifteen minutes walk away and the nearest gym is close to the Club - you will find that the area is full of Chinese mega markets and the biggest in the area is not far from the Gym .
